Protective and cover bellows

Usage:

These are designated for the protection and covering of various machine parts against the dust or any other impurities at  -5 °C to +60 °C temperature scale of operation (a higher thermal resistence to be agreed on request).

The material:

Basic: various types of friction fabrics.
Reinforcement: e.g.: carton, cardboard, plastic material etc.
Lead frames and guiding inserts: plywood, steel sheet, zinc-coated steel sheet, plastic material.

Execution:

    As requested by customer and according to capabilities of the manufacturer.

    Cutting-out shapes: circular, squared,  „U“-shaped or  „L“-shaped, planary  or  special protection and covering bellows.

    Folded (from one and more parts, joined with or eventually without frame, joined by glueing) or stitched (from the individual parts, with underglued stitchings).

    According to the request by customer, the protection and covering bellows are equipped by bracing pieces and terminal finish for assembling (frames).

    The teeth bearing surfaces can be supplemented with the tapes for limiting the elongation.

Data for ordering:

Necessitated and eclosed for the ordering is the drawing or at least the sketch of a required bellow along with all the needed sizes.  It is necessary to indicate the following data: expanded and compressed length  (L1, L2), external and inner sizes, way of holding the bellow  - the type and sizes of flanges, eventually, the specifikaction of frames, the material, working environment and the other requirements  (reincorcement braces etc.).

Leather-fabricated protection and covering bellows

Usage:

These are designated for the protection and covering of various machine parts against the dust or any other impurities at  -20°C  up to (in the short-term)  90 °C temperature scale of operation.

The material:

Special chrome-tanned leather of 0.7-2.0 mm thickness, standardly black-coloured.

Execution:

    As requested by customer and according to capabilities of the manufacturer.

    Cylindric, squared, oval, conic and special bellows.

    Shaped on the form or stitched from the punching-outs or cutting-outs.

    Flesh side and hair side are standardly modified by a special impregnation solution for reducing the imbibition capacity.

    According to the request by customer, the protection and covering bellows are equipped by bracing pieces and terminal finish for assembling.

    The leather rot-proofing or eventually the additional hydrophobization are procedures as provided on demand.

Data for ordering:

Necessitated and eclosed for the ordering is the drawing or at least the sketch of a required bellow along with all the needed sizes.  It is necessary to indicate the following data: expanded and compressed length (L1, L2 ), external and inner diameters sizes  (in case of indicated cylindric bellow: d1, d2), way of how to fix the bellow  – type and sizes of flanges (according to the exemplary figure: d3, L3, d4, L4), eventually, specifications of frames, the materiál (thickness, eventual colouring), working environment and the other requirements (braces, hydrophobization or rot-proofing etc.).
